Where's Wando?

this is that like… really cool arm wrestling arcade game.  you remember arcade games… like… back before you could play videogames on your 70” plasma with a tiny remote control? 

This particular “gem” was found in jersey, off of I-95 heading back from Maryland.  I did NOT touch it.
