I am calling this now.  

In 5 years from now, there will be more high end culinary institutions (opening) in casual settings than in formal ones.  I think people want to have a relaxed evening, with the culinary greatness of fine dining.  Chefs like David Chang are forging the way… but more should follow… quickly.
